For parents/caregivers of children aged 3-10 years.

Triple P General can support and teach you to:

• Manage your child's behaviour effectively
• Be realistic about parenting
• Take care of yourself
• Become a prepared, positive and confident parent
• Meet other parents in similar situations - you're not alone!

Triple P is one of the world's most effective parenting programmes. Learn practical tips and strategies, and adapt them to suit your family's needs. 

Dates for 2026

• Starts Monday 4th May to Monday 8th May - 9.45am-12pm (5 sessions)

  (No programme on Monday 1st June as Kings Birthday Holiday)
