For parents/caregivers of children aged 3-10 years.

Triple P General can support and teach you to:

• Be realistic about parenting
• Take care of yourself
• Become a prepared, positive and confident parent
• Meet other parents in similar situations - you're not alone!

Triple P is one of the world's most effective parenting programmes. Learn practical tips and strategies, and adapt them to suit your family's needs.

• Starts Friday 31 July to Friday 28th August - 9.45am-12pm (5 sessions)

($5.00 per session suggested donation but do not let cost prevent you from attending)
